Game freeze while moving to zones / hideout / Towns

So I had this DC problem a month ago, GGG/my ISP didn't do nothing to it really, it just fixed itself.
Now almost 8/10 times everytime when I go from a zone to another, game freezes at the loading screen, or if it worked, I get a latency of 1000+ and game is totally frozen!
Same thing when I try to go to towns or when I first log in and go to my hide.
Please help as this is verryyyy annoying :/
