Delay problem BRAZIL SERVER

Brazil's server is having problems again, I'm dying a lot because of problems of delay caused by high latency connection to the server by looking at the MTR, you can see that there is problem in one of the nodes of the route that was created.

It would be interesting to see what might be happening in the backbone that this node is connected

Here is the MTR link: http://pastebin.com/EREaNJGX

I hope you guys can fix this issue because this is making impossible to farm for the level 85
The issue is with your ISP, especially if you are talking about the 3rd hop and it's 800+ latency spikes. You need to contact them and give them your MTR.

If you are talking about the hop with 7% packet loss, that may not really be an issue. That could be something called ICMP de-prioritization as the loss doesn't carry forward.

The 800ms was just one ping that got the worst value if you see the avrg is about 47 from 200 packages

I don`t think is my ISP because this problem is happening a lot somedays it works fine with 45ms and others is 200ms or more and is a constant value...

I will let mtr run for some hours to see if there's more going on...

Calling our ISP to ask them to change the route is a pain :(

Thanks for the info. I will follow this up with our provider to see if we can find out what's gone wrong here. It's looking like some route advertisements need to be fixed.

If anyone else (from Brazil/South America ofc.) has the same problem, please post a WinMTR trace in this thread (instructions here), if you haven't done so already.
Thx Fitzy and OP!

Having the same issues, here is my trace:

Cheers!
Our provider has made some routing changes. Can you please re-test and let me know if this has improved things?
Apparently got fixed.
