Cant find vorici

Hi, I am recently facing a problem and I dont know if it is a bug, or simply me doing something wrong.
I have started to play a week ago. Few hours per day. (got maybe 60h of play) I do not recall having encounter Vorici anywhere yet. Informations say you should meet him in the wilds somewhere for a first encounter. He is not in Sarn encampment so I guess I did not take any of his quests yet. I have been searching around for 2 days straight now, and still cant find him? |

He doesn't show up until act 3 normal. Keep searching after that. He's a random spawn.

If you really can´t find him you can ask someone else to join his Daily mission.
After that you will have him in Sarn too and can invite him to your hideout. Current Builds:
