How to use Leap Slam as a movement skill?

Duel wielding works just fine with leap slam.
Both weapons just have to have the faster attacks affix... |

Faster attacks and 6 frenzy charges- I was hopping around like a grasshopper on speed.

If you haven't got a very good mana regen you could always have:
Leap Slam -> Faster Attacks -> Mana Leech. Otherwise make sure you have a good Life Regen and try the good ol': Activate Blood Rage, Leap Slam -> Faster Attacks -> Blood Magic -> Life Gain on Hit (if regen low) or Life Leech (if DPS high) As others have mentioned with Frenzy Charges up you are hopping mad. :) That's what Blood Rage does, it also gives Life Leech.
