Game stuck in load screen often and weird bug (video)

Hi. so recently i have been getting this bug where i try to load into a zone and it keeps me at load screen. no matter how long i wait the load screen does not go away, but my friends say that i am flagged as online. Currently i am completely unable to play the game, because almost every instance (usually town or hideout) i try to go to makes my game be stuck in load screen. I've tried restarting my computer and, am currently uninstalling and reinstalling the game. i hope this fixes it. I tried waiting a full 120 seconds or so for it to get out of load screen, but no change. it very rarely takes me over 5 seconds because i built my own brand new computer just a few months ago with very good parts including a nice SSD.

http://www.twitch.tv/rimgreeper/v/19507928 2:15 highlight of an instance crashing (or whatever happened) but not logging me out. i was actually able to invite my friend to party, have him come check to see if i was dead (i was), and the game on my screen just froze, when apparently things went on as normal. eventually, a minute or so later, the game dc'd me.

I have lots of videos up on my stream VoD's. I'll post the link, and i'm willing to go in and look for specific time stamps for whatever you want to see regarding the bugs.
