Game freezing when moving between areas.

I'm having issues similar to many others here. When leave town (waypoint or gate) and then try to go back to town via waypoint or scroll or try and move to new map area the game freezes. It's always the SECOND time I try to change sections (via any means) that the game freezes. I haven't seen any sort of error message on screen or in the game. The only thing that happens is, if I pull up task manager, the game says its not responding. Running Win10, nvidia 560ti, 8GB mem, latest drivers. Game is the streaming version. I don't have it installed locally. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Found these error messages in the log files.
