I can answer the 2nd one. Some mods are hybrids like IPD + accuracy. Then you can craft more IPD on it. I did that with my armor in warbands:
PoE needs better social features... and more cats!

Hybrid.... So I'm going to take it as like those random Magic item that pop up with 3 lines. When usually, 3 lined items are Rare (Regaled) so that makes sense to me why you would be able to craft IPD if it was a hybrid.
On second thought, that would explain why most items only have 3 prefix & 3 suffix but sometimes you get 7 lined item that NPC for orb of augmentation. Those probably have a this hybrid mod thing. lol Well thanks for answering that question. As for the first one, I'm still clueless and can't find much info about it. xD |

The first item has mastercrafted IPD and IPD/accuracy hybrid. The hybrid mod is no longer master craftable.
