62.157.249.78, what ever that is has been causing problems with quite a few people, it's not on GGG's end but your ISP, the problem is though that you'll be chasing them until they fix it.

Your WinMTR shows that you have the same Problem like many other PoE Player from Germany. There is a problem with the router: 62.157.249.78 owned by Deutsche Telekom. The only way to get that fixed is: send your WinMTR to your ISP. I dont know why but Deutsche Telekom seems to be ignoring that issue. Even if you can surf, stream or play other games, there is a problem with your internet and your ISP is the guy to blame!
