Please HELP .. Every thing is frozen

Hello ,

i have this problem since 10 days now , each time i enter an area the following happens
1) sometimes there is nothing in the entire map untill i get disconnected.

2) other times i can see the monsters but my hits don't work , when i hit there is a mana cost but nothing happens to the monsters (they don't respond at anyway)

3) sometimes i can see the door to the next area but it doesn't respond ...and other times i can't see the door , there is nothing ( void i mean ,instead of the white glowing door).

4)after any of the above happens , the game disconnects me directly

what can i do ?

I already stopped playing maps after losing some rare ones ... but what is going on ? this never happened before & my internet connection is working very well .

by the way : i don't choose a specific server , when i get disconnected by the game i choose "Autoselect" & normally i get whether "Frankfurt" or "Milan"

so , what should i do ? Is the mistake from my side or what ?
