Sub-zone in Zana quest not loading

Had a Tora spawn for my Zana daily, but I cannot enter the subzone. I have the entering message and can move around and interact with the map level. Cannot reload the area as the daily spawned with only one portal. Clicking on the subzone area entrance again does nothing.
