Could you use a Level 1 Blood Magic for the 245% Multiplier?
And since you're using Soul Taker, and CI, it will never matter? Or am I missing something? EDIT: Completely forgot Soul Taker fails to work with BM. Well there goes that. Whoops. " Actually Southbound gloves are not needed. At least from my interpretation of the wording, you just need to kill something affected by a DoT of yours. That could be ignite, or contagion.
