What skill leaves these white glowing stars on the ground ?

Even after the battle is over, these white stars keep glowing above the dead bodies.
I've never seen that before, what is it ?

Should be a bug that it's persisting on corpses. But that looks like the Blind status effect which can be inflicted by some uniques or the Blind gem.

Yeah, that's what I figured out, but I had a doubt because of the persistence of the visual effect. Probably a glitch indeed. I think it was a cycloner who did this, so it may indeed be caused by a Bringer of Rain.

i've been seeing this for awhile now too, through multiple small patches. aura effects and other visual effects (like the necrovigil mod) stay even after the monsters are killed. hopefully they take care of it soon. not like we need any more crap to look at.
