Maximum Increase effect of Aura

The aura tool tip appears to max out at 20% increase effect of aura.
Is that actually the cap? I'm afraid I may be wasting item slot/skill point if that is the case. Thanks, | |

I don't think aura tooltip shows increased aura effect at all.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

When I hover over the aura, it sure shows 20% increased effect.

Aura tooltip doesn't show "increased aura effect". It shows "increased area of effect"
