Best support gems for non-crit EK?

Any go-to support gems for non-crit EK? I'm thinking of choosing from:

Spell Echo (necessary)
Faster Casting (good, but doesn't seem necessary with sufficient cast speed)
Added Fire Damage (good damage boost)
Empower (good damage boost, but also increases mana cost)
Faster Projectiles (necessary for better range and waveclear)
Physical to Lightning (seems better for crit EK)
Hypothermia (good with Hatred)
Added Lightning Damage (seems better for crit EK, but possibly good with Wrath)
Iron Will (only good for STR casters)

...Or is non-crit, non-IW EK not good at all? Lol.
