Does % Increased Cold Damage Work With CoC

I'm running CoC with Arctic Breath and Freezing Pulse and just wanted to verify that the jewel I'm currently using that gives +Cold Damage % works with the linked gems. Thank You.

Yes, as long as whatever support gem is granting % increased cold damage is linked to the Spell you're triggering.

ya of course it works, spell damage, % elemental, projectile damage etc all scale an elemental projectile spell.
