Need build suggestion for "All Ears"

So, soon i'll be starting a character with the sole purpose of completing All Ears achievement..but I don't want it to simply go to waste. I'm not sure which would be the best way to combine the different bandit rewards in order to create a good-working build. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you go "Oak, Kraytin, Alira", any life, attack and crit based build will do.
Like Crit Tornado Shot, Crit Claw/Dagger/Foil Reave, ...
