D3D error

so..
from nowere everytime i alt tab or try to change res, or from fullscreen to windowed/bordeless i get the D3D error,

Toshiba
directx 12
Processor : AMD A4-6210 APU WITH AMD RADEON R3 GRAPHICS 1.80ghz

4GB ram

one monitor.
