This guide is still work in progress - the build itself will mostlikely not change, but i'll add some tips n tricks and more content later --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Table of content 0. How to farm Solo Daresso •Weaponswap to you high Evasion Shield •Activate Grace + Quicksilver and run to the first Arena (Layouts coming soon!) •Use Phaserun, ignore every monster and run to the exit •Repeat step 2+3 until you are in the 3. Arena •Switch to Crit/MF Weapon •Use 1-2 Doedres •Use Divination Destillate •Curse the 3 Unique mobs a few times until you have enough life to suicide •Run to the Uniques and Suicide with the Remaining Doedres •Resurrect at Checkpoint and collect loot •If your inventory is full: Go to town and sell •Switch Weapon, Activate Grace + Phaserun and run to Daresso •Switch Weapon to Crit/MF again •Same killing-process as the 3 Unique mobs (Except, that you only have to use Divination Destillate at the last Phase of Daresso) •Collect loot •Spam Curses + Doedres to Kill yourself •Sell Stuff and Repeat collecting loot/suiciding •Do the Unid-Chaos recipe if you find Rings/Amulets •Create a new instance and repeat every step until bored/rich 1 Run should take ~2,5-3 Minutes if you are fast 1 Hour of running equals: ~180 Alteration and a few Alchemies + Chromes (Selling rares) ~10 Chaos (Recipe) Some Jewlers(6 Sockets) and some random other currenies And with enough patience/luck you will ofc find some sellable Rares or your very own Windripper/Shavs/Mjölner/Whatever Duo Dominus farming •Get a friend - if you cant find a friend: GO FARM SOLO •Tell your friend to climb Dominus Tower •Tell your friend to run fast or GTFO (On a serious note, just any build which is kinda fast and doesnt die to random level 66 Stuff is ok - anything that can use Whirling Blades is perfect) •Tell your friend to kill Dominus first phase •Tell your friend to GET THE HECK AWAY FROM ANY LOOT •Tell your friend to drop a portal and repeat every step until he is bored AF •Go into your friends portal •While Dominus second form is crawling slowly out of the ground, collect all the loot from the mobs your friend just killed •Pop 1-2 Doedres •Pop Divination Destillate •Use your Curse •Use more Doedres and kill yourself •Resurrect at Town and sell all the stuff that you collected previously (Selling at Vagan is the fastest way to sell your stuff!) •If Dominus isnt dead yet (aka no crit) repeat suiciding •Collect loot •Sell loot •Repeat collecting/selling loot until your friend got a new portal up •If your friend needs longer to climb the tower than you need to sell all the stuff: tell your friend to be faster! •Repeat until bored/rich •Share loot with your friend or •Dont share loot with your friend Cant remember the approximated loot in Alts/Jews/Chaos/Whatever, but it's about 1,5-2 Ex per hour (divided by 2 - unless you want to loose a fellow friend ofc) depending on luck(Chaos recipe/6Sockets) and speed And same as above: With enough patience/luck you will ofc find some sellable Rares or your very own Windripper/Shavs/Mjölner/Whatever I will add the values in Alts as soon as me + friend are farming again --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Skill-setup Cast on Death - Discharge - Concentrated Effect - Item Rarity - Item Quantity If you cant afford a 5Link, use The Broken Crown If you have a 6Link and/or cant get an Item Quantity Gem, use Increased Critical Strikes and Increased AoE Assassins Mark + Faster Casting + (low level) Bloodmagic If you want to oneshot bosses, you want to crit them - Bloodmagic also helps to get your Lifepool low enough to suicide with Doedres Elixier Cast when Damage taken + Ice Gollum <----both low level For them free deeps This is all you need for running Dominus with a friend - everything below is needed for farming Daresso Phaserun + Increased Duration + Faster Casting Movementspeed bonus and you also ignore unit collision - with Increased Duration the Buff lasts about 2,5-3 Seconds which is enough to run through 1 of Daressos Arena whithout getting blocked by enemies Grace + Faster Casting Grace in combination with Queen of the Forest adds ~20% Movementspeed and the Evasion is also needed to avoid any deaths to random monsterpacks Faster Casting because time is money :) - Even if it only saves 1 second per run Cast on Death + Portal This is why you dont need Portal Scrolls - if you want to go to town, just spamm your curse 2-3 times and kill yourself with Doedres Elixier --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Items Weapon All you need is as much critical strike chance for spells as possible - the rest is optional You can get a Wand with 100% Spellcrit (or a Dagger with even more) for ~1Chaos - just craft some Spelldamage on it and you are good to go Shield Magicfind! Jewelery: MOAR Magicfind! If you cant afford Andvarius, just get a random Goldring with some additional IIR Belt Even more Magicfind! Boots Yes, being dead counts as low life - Magicfinderinos! Gloves ^This or Sadimas Touch for even MOAR Magicfind! Flasks 3 or 4 Times Magicfind AND Magicfind? YES Only if you farm solo - dont use a Quicksilver if you are farming Dominus Other Items
Duo Dominus farming
Body Armour For even MOAR Magicfind..... AND Maficfind! Helmet Just a random Helmet with (you guessed it) Magicfind and preferably even moar Legacy Magicfind Use this instead if you cant afford a 5linked Greeds Embrace
Solo farming
Body Armour This is the coreitem for solo farming: Stack evasion = More Movementspeed = higher income And if you farm an area with no spellcaster (Daresso), you wont get hit at all due to high MS and Evasion Helmet More Evasion = More Movementspeed (~10%) and 20% flat Movementspeed = ..... MOAR Movementspeed Use this instead if you cant afford a 5linked Queen of the Forest Weaponswap for more Movementspeed Shield with as much Evasion as possible - other stats dont matter You can get a 1500 Evasion Shield for a few Chaos in Standard If you want to be super efficent, get a random weapon with Castspeed for Phaserun/Grace This is not needed at all, you might aswell not use any weapon (or get Bloodseekers for an epic additional 5% Movementspeed!) You only use this Shield for running! - Dont forget to swap to your regular Weapon + Shield for more Magicfind/Crit at the bossfight --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. Bandits Normal: Skillpoint Cruel: Skillpoint Merciless: If you have access to legacy Doedres Elixier (With 58% Increased Charges used or LOWER), help Alira - else help 1 of the other bandits --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. Passives All you need is level 70 for the level 20 Discharge (a level 18 one should be sufficent aswell though) - feel free to get more level for higher Movementspeed/Magicfind This is the Core tree - we just stack Evasion, Movementspeed and Crit •You can respec the Arcane Cemistry Cluster if you dont have access to legacy Doedres Elixier - This allows you to use the flask twice if you can grab some Elixiers with 58% or less •You can also respec 1-2 Powercharges without the flasks mentioned above •Keep in mind, that you may need some additional Attributes depending on your gear •If you still have some Skillpoints left, you can either skill Jewelsockets for additional Crit/Magicfind or Evasion for more Movementspeed (1 12% Evasion node is better than 1 3% Movementspeed node) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. I did this kind of kamikaze build but way differnet and more fast with 205/600, less than 2 mins till Daresso. My brother maked the original ikuzoo build to farm dom runs soloing with QS like ... 9 months ago ?. Thats how he got riched xDDDD.
