Whispering Ice Trap Duration Bug

So the 2.0.2 patch attempted to fix the duration bug of the Whispering Ice. It partially succeeded. When supported with traps, the way trap duration works is still bugged I think.

I had around 3s trap duration with Sunblast, which is working as intended because base duration minus 80% should be around 3s. However, as soon as I got the 45% increased duration passive tree nodes (Potency of Will), it jumped way up to 10.4s, which is the part I think is bugged.

Assuming you have no other items or nodes that affect trap duaration, the math is:

16 seconds base duration * (1 - .8) = 3.2 seconds with only the belt

16 * (1 - .8 + .45) = 10.4 seconds with belt and passive nodes

16 * (1 + .45) = 23.2 seconds with the passive nodes but not the belt

Looks like it's working as it should.
