"Failed to connect to instance" when I change areas. Help please

Whenever I change areas, enter or leave a map, or a master mission portal, or even my hideout, sometimes I disconnect to the log in screen.

Recently I had my ISP change my DSLAM port, and I have heard that the port I am currently on has some timeout issues because of improper configuration.
The previous port I was on used to overload during peak hours due to over subscription, which lead to my request for the change.

This problem started after this change.

My system is:
Asus P8P67 Pro
Intel I7-2600
4 GB Ram
Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 1 GB
SATA 6 Gbps HDD etc.
