{Warbands}Please help me decide, cyclone build{Warbands}

One is crit, 2handed sword
other is no crit, 2handed axe, please help me i don't know if there are improvments, also which should i follow, i have devotos, abyssus, light coil, blood dance, i plan on using blood dance + light coil +devotos, rest rares, im scared lategame if i will need endurance charges as crit build or not, if the crit rate will be too lacking (roughly 35-40% with herald of ice curse on hit assassin mark> will change to enfeeble on high lvl maps)
