Hi, this is a build that is kind of a "transition" into a better (higher DPS) Wander build and should not be compared to a physical Wander in any circumstance. The build works on a somewhat small budget but does benefit greatly from more expensive gear.
------Requirements------ -Alpha's Howl -Piscator's Vigil -A 5l chest (explained later) -An ES on hit jewel Thats it! And this sums up to be a little over an exalt (Piscators = 2-8c / 5l chest = Dirt / ES on hit jewel = 1-2c) With Alpha's Howl being the most expensive item (Roughly 1ex) So let's get into the build itself. We use Wrath + Anger for base damage (Piscator's has none) with Herald of Ice linked to Curse on Hit and Ass. Mark for power charges. HoI is the best herald for us since we have pierce, and HoI works really well with pierce. Herald of Thunder is a better auto-curse setup, but HoI is just more AoE damage for us.
We need at least 12% reduced reservation from the tree along with an Alpha's Howl to be able to run these auras. That 12% is covered by Charisma. https://poe.mikelat.com/#A0HtY3h/NLpEwFo The theory

So the original idea of the build was to DW Piscator's, but that resulted in some mana issues and how we can get to cast KB even once. Then I thought about going with a shield that gives you ~200-300 ES with EB along with an ES on hit jewel to sustain using KB. Since KB hits so often, 3 ES on hit will be HUGE amounts of ES back. I am going to use Frenzy with BM, GMP and Chain whenever I happen to not have enough ES to cast KB. When the build is leveled and if I don't need that setup, it will be dropped for a double vaal haste/vaal haste + vaal grace/CWDT setup.

A- You have EB with and ES on hit jewel Q- Why the hell is this build up here if its not done? A- I want to see some opinions on the build and maybe have some discussions here while I level the build and update it Q- Is this build HC viable/CAN it be HC viable? A- This variation is not HC viable, but it can be if you dropped some thing in favor of more life and evasion (duh :p) Q- You said this build is a good transition to another, what is that build and where can I find it? A- The other build is a Physical variant of this one that requires a 6l and a high DPS wand. You can find that build when I am able to play it and it will be linked here :p. To make sure people know : This is posted here unfinished to have discussion while I fill out everything and get the build going.
