How does doing masters missions in party work?

When I do a mission from a master in my firend hideout with him how does it affect the exp. Do we both get the normal amount of exp or is it halfed?

Not sure where you got the halved idea. Masters give experience based on the level of their mission. A higher level master gives higher level missions, thus more experience. Doing your own daily gives you 250% the experience that level mission would normally give. If it's not your daily, you get no bonus. The only penalty is doing low level master missions when your masters are higher level. Similar to the experience penalty your character has when doing low level areas with higher level characters.
