Sound Feature that needs fixing

The sound when you're in a hideout is really annoying after a while it just makes me become crazy. You can turn it off with Ambient Sound in the options BUT that also turn off the sound you get when someone whispers you and the ghost you see in maps but i'm not 100% sure about this one (a friend told me). My suggestion would be to make it be in the Sound Effect Volume instead.
