Totem cast speed not working?

I have spell totem + faster casting + freezing pulse linked together. I picked Totem Attack and Cast Speed node (spells cast by totem have 4% increased Cast Speed) but tooltip dps didn't increase.

Working as it should?

Tooltip is bugged, all totem nodes work as they should.

IIRC my shockwave totems dps does increase when adding casting speed or totem casting speed so that's working for me. I remember I checked that when I added the 3 casting speed nodes in the Witch area. Same thing should apply to your spell totem as well.
