I don't have any pics, but I had all my uppers (14) pulled in one sitting over the course of a 5 hours. Only Novocaine until after. To psych myself up for it I had to tell myself that it was gonna be a hardcore bdsm type thing. The idea being that was I going to pay to sit myself in chair and let a few hottie asian girls get medieval on my face.
