Can you give witches Heralds in DC?

So... in Misty Cave, templars get arctic armour, desecrate, herald of ice and herald of thunder... witches get absolutely no gems. I'm jelly.

Witches do not get Heralds in this race? What, that doesn't make sense. In the zone with the Tentacle Miscreations (name escapes me) the Duelist has access to all three. Like I'm going to reliably have the int to use HoT

i noticed this too and its strange, witch is basically just bad templar with no totem or heraldz
