Suggestion - Support Gem that turns auras into offensive auras

I was thinking it would be cool if we could basically use a support gem to "reverse" the effects of some auras and turn them into offensive abilities here's some examples:

Anger / Hatred / Wrath - Instead of applying these damages to your character, they could provide an AOE damage over time aura around you of the corresponding damage type.

Haste - Instead of giving you attack/movespeed, apply a attack/movespeed debuff to the monsters around you.

Clarity - Now drains the mana of surrounding monsters.

Determination - Reduces the armor of nearby enemies.

Grace - Lowers dodge chance of nearby enemies.

Vitality - % damage over time to nearby enemies.

Just thought I'd share some possibilities of a new type of support gems that could make auras really interesting!

I've made this suggestion before, so obviously I like the idea. Needs to be balanced carefully though.
