The game isn't outputting a new image to the screen till I minimize it.

I'm playing the game as normal, and waypointed. The area loaded and despite clicking around the screen, nothing appeared to be happening. However when I minimized the client and reopened it, I found out the game wasn't crashed and indeed was running at full speed - it just wasn't updating the image until I minimised and then reopened the Client window. I can move around, open tabs, talk in the chat as normal, but see no representation of it until I minimise the Client. I have closed and reopened the client, but that didn't solve the issue either.

Having the same issue right now, have you found any solution?
I am running windows 7 and just recently updated my nvidia drivers, wondering if there is a problem there.

*Rolled back my nvidia drivers from the 2/9/2013 version and now game is working fine again.
