Path of exile site- characters are not showing up

When I login to the pathofexile.com under my username, it logins but none of my characters are showing up anymore. Everything is just blank, like I do not currently have any of have ever had any because it also doesn't show achievements either. I can still play my characters in the actual game. This must be a bug and its been this way for a couple weeks now. Need to be fixed soon, thanks

have you instaled any addons to your browser?
have you updated your browser? have you tried different browser? Try log out and log in. Clear cookies for pathofexile.com "Is there such a thing as an absolute, timeless enemy? Hi there,
This is unlikely to be a bug, most likely you are connecting to the game client through a different login method. If you normally connect to the game through Steam, you can also log in to the website using your Steam details by clicking on the green "Sign in through Steam" icon to the right of the login page. Give that a try and let us know if your characters are available. No longer works at GGG
