Very VERY useful defensive curse.
This and Frost Wall allows me control battlefield and kill mobs with easy.

How does this work with something like Viper Strike. My Viper Strike last alot longer. If I hit with VS and cast TC, would the VS buff stay for the increased amount of time? What if I reverse it a TC'ed something and VS it. Does the extra time stay after the curse expires?

There's a stat which reduces the speed of all acitions - that's the line talking about movement, cast and attack speed. There's also a stat which affects movement speed specifically, and this skill affects that as well - which is a separate reduciton.

It's a 30% reduciton in all speeds, and an extra 30% reduction in movement speed on top of that.

Oh wow, i see. In that case you should remove the "-" sign from the latter, for consistency.
