How does this work with something like Viper Strike. My Viper Strike last alot longer. If I hit with VS and cast TC, would the VS buff stay for the increased amount of time? What if I reverse it a TC'ed something and VS it. Does the extra time stay after the curse expires?
Insanity is overrated unless you join me in mine.

"There's a stat which reduces the speed of all acitions - that's the line talking about movement, cast and attack speed. There's also a stat which affects movement speed specifically, and this skill affects that as well - which is a separate reduciton. It's a 30% reduciton in all speeds, and an extra 30% reduction in movement speed on top of that. Some items in this post are currently unavailable.
