Warbands Challenge Totem Pole - how to claim?

Hi,
I just finished my first Warbands Challenge (vendor recipes) and I want to recieve Totem pole as stated in here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/theawakening/leagues

I thought it will appear in "Hideout" menu as additional decoration, but nothing like that happend, I don't know where can I find this mysterious totem. Didn't get any help from general chat. Please tell me how this works, how to get deseved totem pole?

It is in ur MTX stash.
