I play for 3 minutes and get Disconnected, Why?

I log in and then I am Disconnected after 3-5 minutes... I have done a dns flush, checked sound card and wiped and reinstalled the game and still the same DC Issues... What is Going On? My end is working flawlessly. Btw, I have a custom built pc with a 1gb vid card, 3.5 processor, and 16gb of ram... Tell me how to fix this!
