1k-2k ping and disconnect every 15-30min

Before the Awekening I can play fine with a constant 190-220ping for hours. Now I have a constant 200-240ping (No problem with that) but every 15-30min my ping goes to 1000-2000 for 10 sec, then back to a constant 350ping for 10-15 sec, and again back to 1500-2000ping for 1 min and get disconnect. After log in again, the instance is on, but my portal (open 4min before the ping problem) are gone.

Well I didn't expect it to work, but it did. It improved considerably. I still have some problems, sometimes I get 500-700ping but I have the same problem since I started playing the game, so np. What is new is that sometimes I get stuck in the loading screens and I have to restart the game. But I can play more than before so thank you!
