Best Vagan dagger for CoC Cyclone in 2.0?

Haven't really followed PoE for four months and want to get back into it. With the nerf to base crit chance on daggers, what are the best Vagan daggers for CoC Cyclone now?
Assume crafted mods: 27% increased crit chance 15% increased attack speed From the numbers, Skean and Royal Skean seem to offer the most crits/sec, but I'm wondering if anyone values the extra 40% global crit chance on Kris bases. | |
