Vaal Lightning Strike

Sadly the tooltip of this skill leaves open a lot of questions.

I know, when I hit a target, it gets a debuff.
Then it periodically takes damage, and spreads that damage to nearby enemies (with a 50% less multiplier).

1) How much damage does the main target actually take (per second / per tick)?
2) Does it spread all damage or only the lightning part?
3) How often does the damage tick. Is it influenced by attack speed? cast speed?
4) Are monster resistances double dipped? (I guess tick dmg is a percentage of initial hit, which got reduced by armour / resistances. Does tick dmg then get reduced again?)
5) Edit: Do multiple instances stack? Seeing that it can store three uses.

I will make an example.
I have a sword, which attacks 1 time per second.
It deals exactly 100 physical and 50 fire damage as base damage.
I have 30% increased attack speed and 20% increased cast speed.
The monster I hit has no armour but 50% to all elemental resistances.
For the sake of simplicity I do have no damage increases (increased physical, increased weapon ele, ...)

How much damage will the monster take (and when) when hit with vaal lightning strike lvl 1.

Bump - anyone knows?
good question.

did you find the answer? my question is did the weapon attack speed affect the charging debuff damage?
1) your weapon damage (122.8% at lvl 20)
2) what do you mean lightning part? it does your weapon damage (with 50% less damage modifier)
3) test it?
4) I dont think there such thing as initial hit. crit is rolled once, sure, but it deals your weapon damage
5) test it?
