How much pDPS on a 1H sword is considered good?

So far, all of my melee builds have been with a 2H because they are cheap and easy. Now I want to try a 1H build but I know nothing about them. How much pDPS is needed on a 1H sword to be considered good? Around how much would a good sword cost on Standard?

300 dps is a solid weapon, check poetrade for prices.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

300 dps and it costs a few GCP. Though people would normally just go for Doryani catalyst which deals more damage than most 1 handers
