Lost Lvl 77 Bazaar map due to disconnect

Hello,
It's pretty frustrating to lose a map, especially a high level one. Today, it was the first time it's happened to me after many months of playing. I activated the map device, saw the portals open, then the crash happened. I expected the portals to be there when I logged back in, and was shocked to see them gone, and the map gone from my inventory.

After Googling a bit and looking at the forums, it seems that losing maps due to sever disconnects was most common in 2013, but seemed to be a thing of the past. Is this still a known issue, or have the changes to eliminated desync in version 2 reintroduced this scary outcome of losing maps?

Seems something went wrong today, also started to get random DCs with unexpected errors destroying maps in process or corupting instances that they cant be entered, just hope they will fix it soon.
