Account locked

Was in a map and got dc'd, tried to relog, but my account was locked. I had to make this new account because i couldn't log onto poe.com or ingame. I could leave my locked account e-mail here, but i shouldn't i guess. Anyway, i sent ggg an e-mail, how much time until they can fix my account? I played just fine until a few hours ago. Also shouldn't they have sent me an e-mail regarding the reason i have been blocked, be it i did smth wrong or that someone tried to log in from whatever location ?

Check your spam folder. I think usually they send an unlock code automatically. Your IP might have changed addresses.

Nope, not in the spam folder. Guess i'll wait until they respond back to the e-mails i sent to ggg
