Weapon Effects Question

This may be a dumb question to some but, if you're duel wielding can you use the same weapon effect on both weapons at the same time? or do you need to buy two of the effect, one for each weapon?

You need to buy two weapon effects unless the effect came from a supporter pack, then it applies to both weapons.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
