New latency issue after patch

The DC's are not quite as frequent (maybe 1 an hour instead of 1 every 10 min) but now I get spikes in latency (like 2000) and it just stays there. The game completely stops, and the only way to fix it is to exit the game completely and reopen.

This never happened before todays patch.
