I would try rats nest helm and maligaro gloves theyre relatively cheap if changing the helm kills your resists i would try to get better rings all while keeping currency for the super harbinger u want.
Body armor and quivver are sexy, belt is ok could trade for a doryani for better stats at the xpense of life
