Puncture-Culling Strike

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems Culling Strike plus Puncture will not cause enemies to die after bleeding down to 10% life. Based on life bar observation.
Would be nice if it did. I'll take "Swords" for two hundred Alex.

that's correct. culling strike is an on-hit effect so it won't work from dots like bleed.
