Problems witch my Arc Witch

Hello guys,

Im currently playing on my witch in warbands league an finally started mapping.Some maps are just fine an can easily be done and i have to focus on the end boss(Tropical Island,Grotto).On other maps like Pit or Wharf i'm able to kill all the mobs pretty easy but the endboss is nearly impossible to kill.

What do I have to change to get more survivability or more damage?
