Want Help theroycrafting a build using Static Strike

I have been playing PoE on and off for a year and I have never been good at making my own build. I would like some opinions on what would be good items and passives for the build. The build I am trying to thoreycraft is a one handed with a sheild that is a armor build.So anything will help and I be happy if you left your own opinions on it. Thank you and have a nice day.
