[2.0] Flame Totem Witch Build - NoNamium Style

So there are many builds out there, but this is my take on the build.
I have tooltip ~20k DPS (times 2 Totems = 40k dps) right now and it will go higher than that once I get my Empower leveled. It would seem that flame totems most important factor is cast speed, then levels of the gem, then everything else you can throw at it (support gems, fire damage %, fire damage flat) You need a fair amount of mana regen, so the build takes this into account. The life pool is not the highest and I've used the build to get to level 90 in warbands. Having a job and doing that within 8 days is for me a good accomplishment. If used in hardcore you might want to go for the life first, before taking fire damage nodes. Right now with this setup, my defences are 4.4k Life 1.2k ES Chaos Golem 4% physical damage reduction and a distraction for monsters. Arctic Armour 13% physical damage reduction + 12% fire damage reduction. Cast on Crit + Enfeeble + Molton Shell + Immortal Call Kiting when not casting totems and possibly casting totems around corners. Elemental reflect is not a problem since the Flame Totems are getting the damage of Elemental reflect. All in all this makes for a pretty death proof build, but there is no guarantie in this game :) Passive tree My current Gear

Flame Totem + Faster Casting + Faster Projectiles + Added Lightning damage + Fire Penetration + Empower Summon Chaos Golem + Minion Life + Fortify + Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance Herald of Thunder + Curse on Hit + Elemental Weakness + Increased Area of Effect (size of the area in which the lightning strikes hit from the Herald) Cast When Damage Taken + Molten Shell + Enfeeble + Immortal Call Flame Dash + Faster Casting + Less Duration The last one will probably be a lesser Cast When Damage Taken setup, so that the Immortal Call and Molten Shell will proc more often, but for now it is for leveling gems. Using Arctic Armour + Enlighten is my current prefered option. On easy magic find runs instead of high-level content I suggest the Rarity gem instead of the Empower, but thats not the route I'm taking. Bandits

This build was super easy to level with, but evens out at end game. Since I've done Atziri before I'd say this is definately Atziri viable, but I don't know about Uber Atziri. I also tried using this staff instead of my wand+shield, but I dropped ~2k in dps per totem, so I cannot recommend using a +3 gem level staff over a profane high-cast speed wand: Enjoy, leave comments. Wont you dip below 35% mana each time you cast two totems and activate the extra damage taken from the Infernal Mantle?
