Invested with blood achievement

Not sure it is the right place to post this but, does anyone tried this achievement already?
I got 1456/1467 HP reserved so it is far more than 95% but I didn't get the achievement.

I am supposing it is because of my energy shield (474 at the moment) but there is no mention of that in the description.

If it is in fact because of the energy shield, it would be nice to clarify that in the description, else if it is not the reason, the achievement may be broken.

this achievement does not work for me either
2/1126 health (1124 reserved) is way more than 95% but the achievement is still not unlocked :(

i just got the achievement out of accident lol.

just put the auras on ur life, and then unequip the gear u socketed the auras in.
Boom. Ur done.
