70's not bad was doing chest tonite bro throwing up 105's on my last set on flat bench free weights (dumbbells)!
Hit flat,decline,incline with some fly action and an hour
stair master session (fat burner).
5'9" 194lbs 7% body fat not to bad for a guy that's 49 lol


P.S. A good clean diet and plenty of sleep and your golden.
