report people who insult me?

the party name was not "no ninja loot". it was just normal party name. just dungeon name.
and i was playing the game normally like past week.
and suddenly, 2 guys insulted me so hard.
i really don't feel like i want to play this game without report system.
i mean there is no mute system. i can't ignore everyone whenever i join a party.
many online games have all mute function. you should make it..

and when i said how do i deal with those people? on reddit. people said these things

(the reason why i did that is that this is online game. this is related with internet. i wanted to know what people on internet are thinking of this problem. but internet was really scary. i really don't want to say even a word alone).

but 90% of the parties in game are not no ninja loot.
i see only 10% of them are "no ninja loot". or 0% really. there is no "no ninja loot" party in game now.
please answer me...
Must i ask "can i loot the item" whenever i join a party?
why not adding a function that automatically says "can i loot the item" when i join a party?
i was playing 5~10 hours everyday for month. it is the first time to meet people who insult me when i joined normal party. i never joined no ninja loot party before.

i can't believe how those people are playing this game. or they love insulting anyone with their rules. party name was not even no ninja.
and i never saw that someone asks "can i loot the item" in game.

ignore is not enough. i really want to report those people who make weird rules in game beyond the system and insult someone. eventually they will ruin this game.
why can't i report someone in party chat or whisper?
insulting is allowed in this game?

you can report any player. right click the name, click report - provide a reason.

Note - reporting for no reason/making up reasons will get you in trouble and possibly lead to your account being banned.

I didn't read the reddit bit because that has nothing to do with PoE, anymore so than posting on the D3 forums or as a Yahoo question.

I am locking this because I do not see what possible good it can serve.
