Act 4 town NPCs feedback - 6MB dialup warning

Yeah, whoever did this, well done. It made Act 4 town come alive to me. It's a loop (making a random would have been better), but a fairly decent loop nonetheless. Would be cool to see a few more NPCs walking around town also, like in Diablo 2 Lut Ghulein (desert town)
